a - Immunity (cannot be kicked/banned, etc.)
b - Reserve slots (can use reserved slots)
c - Command amx_kick
d - Command amx_ban and amx_unban
e - Command amx_slay and amx_slap
f - Command amx_map
g - amx_cvar command (not all CVARs accessible)
h - Command amx_cfg
i - amx_chat and other chat commands
j - amx_vote and other voting commands (Vote)
k - Access to change sv_password value (via amx_cvar)
l - Access to amx_rcon and rcon_password (via amx_cvar)
m - Access Level A (for other plugins)
n - Access Level B
o - Access Level C
p - Access Level D
q - Access Level E
r - Access Level F
s - Access Level G
t - Access Level H
u - Basic access
z - Player (not admin)

Access Flags

a - Kick player on incorrect password
b - Clan tag
c - For SteamID
d - For IP
e - Password not required (only SteamID or IP matters)
k - Name or tag (Case Sensitive!).
